Our project managers are well trained on project resource management and ensure that projects are within budget and risks are highlighted early on.

Our state-of-the-art project management system enables us to keep all stakeholders abreast with information relating to the project. Milestone notifications and reports are sent on a regular basis as per customer needs.

We offer full project management or project advisory services depending on the requirement by the client. Our methodology is a fusion of Prince2 and Agile, but also able to adopt the client’s in-house methodology. Our team consists of 5 Prince2 foundation certified personnel and an Agile Scrum Leadership (Executive).
